Leticia Ruiz joined Teague Financial more than five years ago with a solid medical office management background. Her understanding of medical offices and the high level of personal service required make her popular with our clients and their employees.
Fluent in Spanish Leticia is especially adept at servicing our Spanish –speaking clients. Her persistence and contagious positive attitude help existing and prospective clients, English and Spanish-speaking, feel confident that they are getting the most out of their group health insurance or seguros medicos.
Leticia helps service many of Jean’s group health insurance accounts (claims resolution, new enrollments, terminations, billing,) as well as managing her own rapidly growing Seguros Medicos and Group Medical Insurance plans.
Outside the office, she enjoys home-improvement (watch that hammer!), improving her speaking charisma through Toastmasters, and taking care of her Chihuahuas, Carmen and Lolita.
