Teresa Rodriguez has over 8 years experience in the health care industry servicing Group Health Insurance and Employee Benefit plans. Her experience includes work in a medical practice where she helped process referrals, with a quality health insurer as a Customer Service Representative and in the Sales Department communicating with agents and employer Human Resource Managers.
Teresa helped train new CSR's on how to have what it takes to be an excellent Customer Service Representative. As a Sales Associate, she helped implement and service Group Medical Insurance plans and worked with renewals. "I want to make sure that our clients, established and new, know that we truly care and are concerned about their needs and best interests."
Mrs. Rodriguez joins the Teague team with the commitment and knowledge of group health insurance and employee benefits necessary to keep us at the top of our industry.
Outside the office Teresa also has her hands full with four children and husband participating in Little League, cheerleading, and an active extended family.
