In today's highly competitive market, many employers use employee benefits to attract and keep quality employees. Our employer clients often cite our accessibility and willingness to help get through the red tape and insurer bureaucracy as invaluable to them. We often act as the Employee Benefits Manager for our clients who don't have someone in that position. Where appropriate, we will encourage employers to utilize the benefits of Section 125 plans and Cafeteria Plans to help their employees (and even the employer) save tax dollars. Employee benefits options offered through Payroll Deduction at no cost to employers are perceived by employees as equally valuable to them.

Most insurers offer a variety of plans employers can choose to offer employees, including more comprehensive employee benefits packages. This slows the rate of turnover and builds employee retention.
